TIYC hosts Regattas, Socials, and Community events for members and their guests! We welcome cruise in clubs and we cruise-out to clubs around the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento River Delta. We’re also one of the organizers of the PICYA Inter-club Regatta and the Schreiber Cup.

New Years Eve Party

New Years Eve on Treasure Island!

Parking limited with heavy traffic, public transit or the Treasure Island Ferry recommended! The club will be open for dinner and merriment, we will watch the New York Fireworks at 9:00p PST before closing the club.

Members are welcome to stay to watch fireworks at midnight! Details to come.

Tickets: Adults (12 years+) $25

We’ll host a NYE dinner + party at the club and watch the ball drop from the New York party at 9:00p PST. You’re welcome to stay on the island for midnight fireworks.

Public transit encouraged, bus or ferry to Treasure Island.

Friendsgiving @TIYC

Join us for the TIYC Annual Friendsgiving dinner (Thursday November 28th). 

If you do not have plans, consider having dinner with friends and TIYC members (Friends and family too). If you would like to bring your favorite side dish, feel free, but it is not necessary. Peter and Connie will provide turkey breast, ham and homemade rolls. My family is bringing salad and pies.  We also have one veggie dish coming and will make sure we have all the trimmings.

TIYC 2025 Calendar Meeting

Join us for the 2025 calendar making session from 1000 until we are finished, which will probably be around 3 P.M.

What activities would you like to see offered in 2025?

Please let us know what activities you liked this year.

What activities you would like to see in the coming year that we did not include this year.

Education classes?  Friday bar nights? Sports TV get togethers?  Programs on boating excursions?  Sing alongs?

Visits to other yacht clubs?  Trivia nights?  Any speakers you would like to hear?

All members are invited.

Please bring a lunch, or you can buy a lunch from the hot dog truck, if he is there.

This session will be at the clubhouse.

Bring a pencil, your ideas, and an open mind!!

I will bring some empty calendars !!

You can come in and out for parts of the day, if you cannot stay for the whole day..

Clipper Cove Beach Cleanup

TIYC is joining the One Treasure Island, Treasure Island Sailing Center, and the San Francisco Sailing Science this year for the annual Clipper Cove Cleanup.  

We are hoping for a BIG SUPPORTIVE showing from TIYC members as we seek to deepen our connection to the TI communities.  See you there!  As a thank you, I will be giving out TIYC stickers to those of you who participate!
