The Burgee of the Club is a pennant with a blue field and a gold horizontal stripe running from the hoist to the point, the gold stripe having a vertical [height] equal to one-fourth the vertical height of the hoist. The [ratio] of the hoist to the fly is two to three.” from the Masthead 1967

Originally known as The Treasure Island Sailing Activity (TISA) – Established in July 1965.
“[October 1965,] members of Sailing Clubs and Activities from Alameda, Hunters Point, Mare Island, and Treasure Island participated in the first meeting of the Bay Area Navy Sailing Association (BANSA) for the standardization of qualifications and promotion of sailing activities. Racing competition with member activities and civilian small yacht racing clubs will be scheduled through this association for those desiring to participate.”
