Join TIYC for a weekend of fun in Clipper Cove for Sailstice. Dubbed the Cruise-Out / Cruise-In we are encouraging members with boats in the Marina to anchor out and join other members who will cruise in from other points around the bay. Rich Ahlf will be putting on his famous “Pig Roast” and we are inviting other clubs which will be cruising in to join us.
Reservations are needed to assure that there is enough to go around.
$20.00 per person with Reservations, $25.00 without reservations.

On Saturday we have the Coast Guard Auxiliary providing volunteers to inspect our boats for safety. This is a great opportunity to get your boat checked out. Currently a few of you have signed up for this inspection. It will be on first sign up, first inspection basis till the inspectors run out of time.
Inspections start at 11am at TIYC
Please let me know if you want this inspection – ASAP
Then stay for our the dinner and talk on Turkey.

We had a great time at TIYC with the folks from Encinal YC cruising in for their annual Easter weekend.
Thanks to the following members; Reg Smith, Pete & Connie VanPutten, for giving up their weekend to provide support on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Thanks to Anthony & Helene Cirillo for stepping in as OD to cover for Barb & Randy Himes at the last minute and Lynette Breed, Bill Goswick & Mia Navarro for helping put on the dinner.
We were treated to a wonderful display after dinner as the rain let up for a Rainbow above the new span of the Oakland Bay Bridge.

The menu is the “ever popular” seasonal Cracked Crab served with French bread, salads, and two special crab sauces prepared by New Orleans French Chef “Georges Knies”. For those allergic to crab there will be a chicken entrée (Half a Chicken): “All-inclusive dinner”, with a no host bar; excellent wine-list to choose from. Limited attendance, reserve early, last time many members missed out!
